Dr. Thomas Collins­ was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He obtained his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine with Southern Illinois University at Quincy, Illinois, where he held the position of Chief Resident. 

 

Dr. Collins has experience with providing care in both office and hospital settings. He is committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements, always evaluating the latest research in order to provide exceptional care. At the same time, he deeply respects the wisdom that has shaped his field and recognizes its enduring value. This balance allows him to blend innovation with tradition, offering patients a comprehensive and nuanced approach to their healthcare journey. He is excited to be part of the excellent MSPB, with which he shares his values. His office is in Tequesta, Florida, and he is accepting new patients. 

Outside of his practice, Dr. Collins enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and traveling.
