Mrs. Heather Zipfel has been a part of the MSPB Cardiology family since December 2019. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in August 2019 from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with the highest GPA in her class. As a graduate student, Mrs. Zipfel was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society and the Alpha ETA Honor Society. In addition to her academic studies, Mrs. Zipfel served as Class Secretary and was a member of the Nova Southeastern University Challenge Bowl Team, which earned 2nd place in the State of Florida in February 2019 and 9th in the Nation in May 2019. She completed a medical mission trip to Panama in 2018 and was a member of the Emergency Medicine Club.

In 2016, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She earned Summa Cum Laude and achieved a 4.0 GPA. She is a Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
