Gigi was born in Lima, Peru. She came to south Florida in 1989 and attended Palm Beach State College and pursued her Associate degree in Nursing and an EMT certification. She completed both degrees by 2005. She worked as a nurse at Bethesda Memorial Hospital and completed her nurse practitioner at FAU in 2009. She has worked for more than 10 years as a nurse practitioner and recently joined the MSPB team in 2022 to work with MSPB Neurology. She loves to spend time with her family and in her spare time, she sells her baked goods online and for exercise she loves to run. Gigi is fluent in both Spanish and English.
