Rizwan Karatela, MD (On Call)

Dr. Rizwan A. Karatela is a highly experienced, board-certified cardiologist committed to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care. He earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1984. Following his graduation, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1992.

Dr. Karatela further specialized by completing a Cardiovascular Research Fellowship at Emory University in 1995, where he gained in-depth research expertise. He also completed a clinical cardiology fellowship at the University of Rochester in New York in 1998. Since then, he has been practicing cardiology in Palm Beach, Florida, dedicated to delivering personalized and advanced heart care to his patients. He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
